Settings

App configuration at /settings.

Sections

• Server — server URL (defaults to http://localhost:9090), log out, restart engine
• Security — change admin password, manage the session token
• License — current edition, activation key, deactivate / swap machine
• Data — open ~/.foil/ in Finder, wipe scan DB, uninstall

What you can do

• Change password — updates the local admin credential used by /login
• Reset database — nukes ~/.foil/foil.db after a confirmation prompt
• Log out — clears the session token and bounces you to /login

Notes

• Settings are stored on disk under ~/.foil/. There is no cloud sync.
• Changing the server URL is only useful if you're running the server on a different host/port than the app expects.
